Can you represent me in court?
No — we are an independent document preparation service: we prepare your materials to your instructions so they are ready for you to file. For representation or advice on your case, a licensed paralegal or lawyer is the right call.
How much does it cost?
Every job is quoted at a fixed fee after we see your documents. The review and quote are free, and there is no retainer or hourly billing. Once you accept the quote, you pay by Interac e-Transfer or by card through a secure Square invoice.
How do I send you my documents?
Email them to support@claimprepon.ca or send them on WhatsApp, and tell us which court it is and your next deadline. We reply within one business day.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on weekends.
All quotes are in Canadian dollars and are subject to HST. Court filing fees are not included.
